The year of 2009 began with the victory and failure of NOIp2008, which is a nationwide contest on Olympiad in Informatics. I won the first prize but didn't get access to the Team of Province.So I couldn't attend the NOI2009.

But that could date back to the November of 2008. With the clock clicking the first hint of the first day of 2009, I should forget the gloriousness passed by and pick up a new attitude towards my life and study.

As for OI, I do not have much regret. I appreciate my teacher Yuan Zhihui, he is such a patient and considerate leader on my way of discovering the secrets of Algorithms and Codes. I love my comrades, especially CPY, Yizer and GG, we always support each other and learn from each other. And VV, she would send me SMS when I felt very very boring sometimes.

This subtitle Falling To The Ground has many explanations, and I just came up with another, that it can be representing the destruction of the old building in which we spent our sleepless nights writting Codes and debugging and submitting. The bricks fallen, thus memories were buried and could never reassemble again.

I'm an Aquarius, that's where the first part of my ID came from. My lucky number is 4, 8, and 13, and my birthday is February, 13th.

A magical date.

My birthday party in 2009 was another home-party, and here I want to thank again for the gift my friends gave me. That day is really special, mainly because the presence of the only girl, Cai Jiye. Or maybe that's when our relationship began to freeze, until it's so fragile that a single touch could easily break it up.

But here I just want to submerge myself into the earlier memories in which we would still hand in hand and walk through the lightened nights.

I just want to feel All The Love In Your Hands, again.

But, could never.

Sometimes I would go to Yuan's class to teach his students some algorithms, for example, Search Algorithms.

But those days are all Gone and completely lost in the dusty past.

I bought a Site5 Reseller Hosting Package in April and registered the domain aquarhead.com at the same time. Then I began a life of blogger.

You know, writing a blog can be a hard thing, if you could find nothing to talk about.

But, to tell the truth. I don't care much of that, I always regard these places as my personal history book, recording my past steps, and playing a role of reminder. Besides, I want to share my life with friends on the Internet, Web is a revolution, greater than any one before.

Character's here is all about Ones And Zeros, though. I prefer writing on a real paper in fact for I love the reality in it.

I always regard Poetry as the only pure symbol of a language. It's original rhythm, meanings and beauty could be appreciated only if you've used that language long enough.

And I'm a poet, too.

I seek rhythm, I seek desolation, I seek fourteen lines. I love P.B.Shelley's lines, I've read many versions of translations of his works.

I used to post poetries to my Blogger homepage, named Character's Tragedy, which had long been deserted after completed the 24th. Later I collected all of them, with some of my early writings, published and printed a booklet under the name of that Blogger site.

The spark of creation rarely appeared after that, I had some approving lines even though, but not that complete as previous.

At the end of June, we Senior Three students moved from District III to District II since they "believe" District II is a "lucky land". I don't like here very much, because the busy road near our teaching building is always busy and make a lot of noise. What's more, the football ground here is just a large quantity of sand, which is too soft to control the ball smoothly, and makes us dirty all over the body after running back and forth.

I really miss the old red building in District III, and the concrete but plain floor that we call it "the best non-grass football ground in Jiamusi", and the big classroom there which can easily hold my class of 64 students and still empty in the back.

But This Is An Order, rule is rule, we could do nothing but obey.

I enjoy quiet nights, when all other lights and sounds die out. Left, A Lot Of Silence Here.

Surrounded by extreme void, comes the land of imagination. Eyeing out of the windows, dark sky stretch to all the directions, dark cloud floating, implies gusts of cool wind, the lifeless Moon follows the same pattern.

Lights on, book paged some number, little music filling the air. I would always enjoy these. In this almost ended year I've read many novels, physics, mathematics and computer books. Reading books wakened my interests in many areas. Especially theoretical physics, every book on Quantum Mechanics(or refers to it) is a big meal for my hungry stomach, and I would always feel excited throughout my body after reading. As for literature, I've read three of Charles Baudelaire's four translated books, some translation of Shelley's poetries, some original works of Dan Brown and Jostein Gaarder's three books -- Sophie's World, The Solitaire Mystery and Maya -- and many more.

The more I've read, the more I want to read. But this may not be a good habit since I sometimes couldn't concentrate on the current book and eager to read the next one. A point I need to improve myself in the following year.

Since Intel published their newly-born CPU named Core i7 on November 2008, I 've always wanted a computer equipped it. And my father bought me a Dell Studio XPS 435, I was really happy! Detailed system information follows here:

Now I look down all my friends' computers -- just a joke, of course. I bought the two masterpiece games, namely Activision's Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare and Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed. These fantastic games created fantastic atmosphere, that's why I would like to say "No Other Life Is Attractive".

Love, could never be correct for the 17-year-old AquarHEAD. Not knowing why, not knowing how, I began to gradually close my doors once widely opened to Cai. I locked myself again within my own shell.

Watching her slowly sliding away from my side. I thought of nothing but complete failure. She told me from the beginning that we could not, but I didn't bend, so I've used up all my strength at the start line, and apparently will be got ahead of by others, in the end.

I know I've made promise, but I could never have the chance to keep them. I ate my words and knew now the taste.

All for a noun, named College Entrance Exam.

Senior Three is more like hell than school, at least for me. Get up at 6:30(later than many classmates), lunch at around 12:00, dinner at 5:30, 10:30 get home, get sleep over midnight. This is my routine, day after day, day after day.

Just like Automatic.

Though saying this, I'm not tired out, I'm just fed up with this kind of education, the world is changing fast every second, why are we still so old fashioned? My teacher would just laugh at these foolish questions, saying me must adapt myself to the environment unless I can change it.

But, can't we change it? From now on?

November is cold. I applied for three College's Autonomous Enroll Test: Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University and Nanjing University, and passed all the three's pre-selection, I will go to Harbin to attend their paper test in January,2010. I hope I can pass them and get the access to a dreaming college without the need of the damn College Entrance Exam.

Whether I could make it still remains as The Questions.

I wrote this post for myself, and for my friends, too. Without your support, I couldn't have came through so many difficulties this year.

I still remember the day we four Dolphin Software Studio friends standing in the train station and saying farewell. Being together for more than a year leaves each other many invaluable memories. Wish Yizer and GG a good ACM/ICPC result the next year.

Love my brother, Song Xinnan. Our short reunion means a lot to me. Wish you a meaningful college life.

Thanks, VV. You're such a good sister. Changchun is a city I love very much, I hope you can adapt yourself to there soon. I'll go to see you if possible.

I miss my Junior High teacher Yan Yanbing so much. I promise I'll go to Shanghai, I'll fight the way whatever the cost. Wait for me there. And wish you a sweet family.

I want to be your deskmate again -- which apparently impossible , Rong. At your side, I could always stay calm and happy. Wish you a good college.

I want to thank Qi and Yue, too, for we've talked so many topics, and released my stress a lot. And wish all my classmates find their fates. Wish all my teachers happy and relax holidays.

As for Destiny.Sky and AI, wecing, Yuest, xifs, yanyang and all other friends I met on the Internet. Wish you gain what you deserve.

Finally, Chen Xi, Chen Pengyu and Che Mingxuan, you three are my best friends from Junior High, I won't wish anything, because all of us know what to expect from each other. Go on, brothers!

Friendship would Last Forever. So does family bond. I appreciate my parents' guidance in my past 17 years. I love you but I'm out of word to express that.
